This journal contradicts my first one, in which I said that I would never really post much and that I was only here to see other people's works. Well, Michelle introduced me to Macro-ing photos on November 19. And since then I have been macro-ing away and actually trying to think of nice photos to put on here. Then, I downloaded GIMP. I couldn't get Photoshop because it costs money, but GIMP is a good alternative. After weeks, I have finally learned how to edit some of my photos! You can see the ones I have up now- there are about 12 deviations. I've learned how to do selective coloring, modify the color using "posterize" and other features, and I have learned how to filter photos. Also, I have downloaded many cool brushes which I love! ^_^

So, I'm traveling to Pakistan today (my flight is in 5 hours). I am taking my camera there, and I am going to hopefully take some nice pictures to edit! Pakistan is interesting in many ways and I hope that I can find some images to show the true reality of it. But, I'm not allowed to get out of my house much due to the safety of places there and so we'll see how it goes!
